Dear Fixer: I recently used AirTran Airways for a family vacation to Florida, putting my newly acquired, $30,000 wheelchair with the baggage -- where it ended up getting dragged down metal stairs to the baggage area. When we got to Florida, we were saddened by all the broken parts on the wheelchair.
