Posted: 7:08 AM- Three Utah attorneys were appointed as 3rd District Court Judges by Gov. Jon M. Huntsman last week. Mary Kate Toomey, Suchada P. Bazzelle and Robert P. Faust will join the 22 Salt Lake City district court judges once approved by the Senate Judicial Confirmation Committee.
