SPRINGDALE - A large, unstable section of cliff near the east end of the Zion-Mt. Carmel Tunnel, on the main highway through Zion National Park, will be blasted on the nights of Monday and Tuesday. Closure periods will be from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on these two nights.
