NEW YORK (AP) -- Idaho's Sun Valley ski resort has landed on Ski Magazines annual list of the Top 10 resorts in the West. The October issue includes two separate lists -- one for ice warriors in the East and the other for the powder hounds in the West.
The leaves haven't even changed color yet in parts of the country, but Ski Magazine's October issue has come out with its annual list of the top 10 resorts, with separate lists for ice warriors in the East and powder fiends in the West.
Heavy equipment has begun scooping hazardous waste from a small corner of the 21st Street Pond at the heart of industrial west Ogden. Soon, if the city's plans pan out, the old cleanup site at the Union Pacific rail yard will morph into a patch of entertainment heaven.
